Seems your backlog is just getting worse and worse.Have you thought of setting your order pull system to pop other orders same person made that have yet to be fulfilled so you could fill bunch of orders at one time and that way you would save on shipping (well til you got caught up at least). Just imagine all the people would stop bugging you in the forums then lmao.

I don't think their computer system is that advanced yet - I know they said they have to manually update the status of items under the "my account" section. It appears that they are trying to give themselves time to catch up by listing slower selling items for 24 hours at a time, listing less of a variety of items each day, and doing a lot of repeating of the same items. Hopefully they get caught up soon so they can list more, different items again - I only have five outstanding orders right now. My CC needs to see more action. We can now "batch" orders by customer by time frame.
We will be able to update the progress of orders very soon.
Confirm emails should be working next week.
And yes I have slowed us down in order to do better on shipping.
BTW- It is a small percentage of orders that are going slow. More business just means more posts,
however it is a decreasing percentage of the orders.
