I just heard Amazon is offering free shipping on all purchases! The catch is, that they keep your money all year and then once the year is over they ship everything you bought in that year in once box.  Seriously Fling - if you're going to compare your prices vs. others while including their shipping charges then it would only be an apples to apples comparison if you shipped as timely as they do. If this is just growing pains and will be fixed in the next month then I totally understand and my sarcasm is hereby rescinded. Furthermore I think you will be so successfull that I'd buy shares in your company right now. However, if this is your business model; to hold people's cash earning interest while not shipping and then save on shipping costs by shipping everything together, you won't make much money since you'll spend all of your time and resources on order tracking and customer complaints.

I believe it's growing pains just because before the huge jump in user count, I would receive my products very quickly. Also, they don't seem to be shipping everything together. I've got 6 orders coming and I'm getting bits and pieces. I got one package two days ago. According to DHL I'm getting another one today (which is only 6 pounds, so it's not all 5 packages together).

Pulling, packing and shipping is the hardest part of this bussiness !! We are getting better at it,,but still have a long way to go.
