Hey King (et al), I just got a reply to an issue from way back when. I sent an email to thing@thingfling.com. I thought I sent it to the wrong address. Is this a valid email for thingfling? It appears so since I got a reply (a month and a half later). If this is the case, why not refer users to this address and get a case set up like mine was. Or maybe this is in the works? Got a DHL Waybill today, but I'm not sure what order(s) it's for. Any chance we can get a shipping notice that includes what is being shipped? I have like 10 open orders so this could be helpful. I know it's been brought up, but thought I'd renew the question... What free gift? Over 70 Flings and counting, still no free gift!

www.thingfling.com Yes that did come from us, we setup this helpdesk in order to better help our customers. We're still tightening the bolts but we'll be launching the helpdesk pretty soon. The helpdesk URL will be http://www.helpdesk.thingfling.com you can check it out as is already working we just need to setup some minor details. Hopefully this will be a major improvement in customer service. thanks

Checked it out....looks pretty good. But a bit confusing as far as navigation though. Needs something in the knowledge base pointing folks over to the smart ticket help area. I didn't find that the smart ticket help till I was about 10 minutes into the site. If at first you don't succeed.......don't attempt skydiving
