Grow up children.
Expecting Saks Fifth Avenue personal shopper service from a salvage yard is idiotic.
I have received everything I have ordered...sometimes in 2 days...sometimes in 3 weeks...even receieved a 2nd free sign up gift after some of you comlained of not receiving yours.
But as others have said...all you unhappy campers...go elsewhere...more and easier for the rest of us.

Yeah, grow up. It says they will ship within 5 days of payment. Oh wait, it's been 15 days since I ordered...

I've heard that they are backed up with all the orders but why don't they stop taking new orders until old ones are fulfilled? This is pretty rediculous.

My orders from $10 Tuesday just showed up on my door this morning. Still no update in the My Account link though. I admit that I had doubts about getting my stuff, but three weeks isn't terribly long to wait for my stuff - especially when it's stuff I really didn't really 'need'. My advice to anyone who thinks it IS too long - go to Wal Mart, Target, or Best Buy. They've got similar items for sale and you can get it today at 10x the cost.

I am sorry for my lack of responses. I have been busy trying to make improvements to our shipping systems...

In order to help the situation, our help desk function should be fully operational by Monday or Tuesday next week. It will give you a "ticket number" that we can use to track your order and\or problem.

We really do thank everyone for their patience. It is going to get much better !!!

Yes! I HAVE noticed that the Thing Fling crew has been improving a lot with their site:

- My Account: All the items that have shipped now say "shipped" with their tracking number (DHL; I haven't had an item shipped by USPS, so I don't know if tracking numbers will be provided with that shipping method), and no longer appear "new", which has confused many buyers who've received their item and check and find it still says "new"...
- Help Desk: which is reported to open Monday or Tuesday to better help those customers with purchase issues
- Future "Widget": Haha... i'm still a little confused on what it is exactly, but it looks and sounds cool.
- Future Enlargening of the Pictures on the main page
- Future Change in shipping companies: we're all hoping for something faster and someone who handles our items with more care.

That's all the new things that TF have done and are planning to do that I can think of. Well... I must say that this company is awesome, trucking on through and making major improvements even though they've been bombarded with huge amounts of orders. I applaud all you staff members at Thing Fling. You guys seriously rock.
25 flings and counting!
THING FLING...THEY'RE GGGGREAT!
