Greetings...

I just received my latest fling purchase and the box was torn open. It was delivered by USPS and the actual item I ordered was there and in working order. However, there was no receipt. The box it was shipped in was too big and had no padding to stop the item from rattling around in the box.

The first fling I ever ordered (I'm up to a total of 3 shipments) was a mystery box and also had no, zip, zero padding included in the box. The box was again too large for the items shipped. The box had been crushed on one corner, but luckily everything was in working order. If I remember correctly, this one was shipped by DHL.

Now, my wacky Wednesday purchases had been packed correctly with some plastic air pillows for padding.

I'm just requesting, please try to use more padding when packaging up items in boxes that are too large. Invest in packing peanut or some such. This last shipment had me worried when I saw the box had been torn open. I know we're not paying anything for S&H, but I still want my items to arrive in one piece. Thanx!

My first package I ever received from TF was my Wacky Wednesday one. It was shipped via DHL and it was packed with paper shredding as padding. I have no problem with this, but this may be considered "unprofessional" by some (I've read "Wtf?!" on Slickdeals).

Odd how the package you received by USPS was torn open. I got a package from USPS (just packaging supplies that USPS gives away for free; I need it when I sell stuff) and one of the sides were ripped open too. THis is not the first time with USPS.

But, I too, agree. TF should consider packing the box (box that is a considerably fit size) with some peanuts, bubble wrap, or keep up with the air pillows.
25 flings and counting!
