I sent an email about this about a week and a half ago with no response yet, so I guess it'll be seen earlier if I post it here.

I ordered 2 sets of the "Monster Ultra High Capacity Rapid Chargers" on the $5 day (Wacky Wednesday?) and I got charged $9.98 twice on 1/19/2007.

I sent an email on 1/25 and got the ticket number, [10C-0D5CEE39-E583], on 2/7. When I went to check the ticket at the HelpDesk, it said closed Confused
