I ordered the Philips active noise cancelling headphones and the Philips noise cancelling earbuds 2 weeks ago and have not received anything yet. I have not even received a tracking number or anything telling me they have been shipped. The ordes in my account show no updated information. Anyone receive these yet?

It seems like they're backed up recently from the huge increase in members (went from 1,000 to 10,000 i believe). They've told us before that the account page is updated manually, so isn't always the most current information. I've received packages and still had them show up as "New" on the status. You could email them with the order number and they'll let you know the status.

OK. I just sent an email to fling@thingfling.com regarding the nine orders I placed (not counting the one from today) since 1/23 that have yet to ship. King, if you are reading this, please check your email More than 70 Things Flung, and counting. (well, actually, I lost count a long time ago!)

King, if you are reading this, please check your email If you look thru some posts around here you will find that there are very few (if any) folks who have received their 1/23 "Ten-Buck Tuesday" orders and there are quite a few folks who are still waiting for thier 1/17 "Wacky-Wednesday" orders and there are even a few who are waiting for orders placed as far back as the first week of Jan. Mucho patience are the keywords here. Don't count on the King being able to take time to respond to alot of emails.....he is out back cracking the whip trying to get thr trainloads of orders out the door ........or at least he better be !! Don't count on the King being able to take time to respond to alot of emails.....he is out back cracking the whip trying to get thr trainloads of orders out the door ........or at least he better be !! Oh, I've seen the questioning posts from folks like me that are still awaiting things to ship two weeks or more since the order was placed and the payment received by the Flingers. I've just yet to see an actual official post from the Flinging Powers That Be stating when they anticipate shipments to actually ship. That would probably cut down greatly on the number of questioning posts and emails they receive. Good for them that the number of members has increased recently. That shows that they offer very good deals that appeal to a lot of people. But repeated shipping delays - as has been the case for many of my orders, not just wacky zany day ones - is a great way to turn off new customers, as are delays in customer service questions being answered. Perhaps a couple of temp Flingers is in order for a few days to get the backlog shipped out. And maybe it is time to run another 300 units of $30 dental products to slow things down so they can catch up. I'm just sayin'....and I am still a fan of the Fling, just feeling the frustration. I did get a DHL notification yesterday, and based on the weight it seems to be for my 1/23 orders. Not positive, though, 'cause my account page has no status changes. But it's a start! Also got an email thanking me for opening a "ticket". I guess that is in response to the email I sent? Kinda cryptic, though - just thanks me for opening the ticket and tells me to refer to the ticket for all correspondence regarding the ticket, but does not make any reference to my question (or which question) I had asked. Gives a link to view the ticket, but that page is even more cryptic. I guess they are trying a new process, which is a good thing. A few more growing pains, but a step in the right direction. Thanks for being proactive, Thing Fling! More than 70 Things Flung, and counting. (well, actually, I lost count a long time ago!)

I order the philip noise canceling earbud headphones on 1/15. They shipped me the wrong item (received it on 1/23). I immediately sent an email to fling@thingfling.com (help desk was not available yet). I did receive an email back frong thingfling. It stated that they were sorry that they screwed up the order and they would take care of it. I recieved another email a few days later with instructions in returning the product. I sent the product to them (another $5 for a product I paid $12 for ). I assumed that everything was in order knowing that they are backed up shipping items. I was sent another email saying that a ticket was created in the help desk. When I checked the ticket on 2/7 the ticket said it was closed. I waited a few days to see if i got a shipping confirmation and I did not. I replied using the help desk asking if the product has shipped since the ticket was closed. I have not gotten a response yet. I really think that thingfling is trying to correct some of there problems but the lack of communication is troublesome. Three weeks after I received the wrong item, I am not sure if I am going to receive it or even if they still have it in stock. I have ordered an item since then and received it without any problems. Is anyone else having a hard time getting responses back from the help desk? My initial emails sent to fling@thingfling were responded to much quicker.
