I PURCHASED MY MONSTER SURGE PROTECTORS BACK ON DECEMBER 8TH. THEY DIDNT SHIP THEM UNTIL DECEMBER 16TH, AND I LIVE IN NY, THEY SHIPPED THEM TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTRY!!!!
I FINALLY GOT MY 6 MONSTER SURGE PROTECTORS AFTER DHL FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM AND THEY WERE ADVERTISED AS NEW, 3 OF THE 6 WERE OPENED AND ON WAS BEING HELD CLOSED BY TAPE.
COME ON KING. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM AND EITHER SEND ME 3 NEW MONSTER SURGES OR REFUND ME MY MONEY. 3 WEEKS OF WAITING FOR THESE THINGS AND THEY WERENT AS ADVERTISED. IM REALLY UPSET WITH THINGFLING AND ID LIKE TO ORDER FROM YOU GUYS AGAIN BUT IT DOESNT LOOK TO GOOD RIGHT NOW.
ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM OR WAS I THE ONLY LUCKY ONE?

Can you define "opened"? I mean did someone somewhere along the line simply open the box and then retape it? Or was the box ripped/cut open and then bandaged back together with tape? Why do they say the units aren't "new"? Because the packaging was taped together? Or are there other indicators like wear or scuff marks and the like? Do they look like some type of used or demo units? I'm not attempting to defend ThingFling, and am I not saying your complaint may not be justified. I guess you could say that I trying to gather more info so perhaps things can be made clearer. Thats all. If at first you don't succeed.......don't attempt skydiving

THE SURGES ARE BRAND NEW.THEY WERE BULK PACKAGED BY MONSTER.THINGFLING HAS NOT IN ANY MANNER ALTERED OR USED THE ITEM.

Absolutely new. Did you try it ? Besides, we will take back anything, no questions asked,subject to our time frame,(except mystery boxes) so you have no issue with a return and credit. We have already owned up to some confusion with both our computers and dhl's, and we did get the box redirected to you. It appears that this problem is fixed since there have been no new cmplaints on that issue. Please contact me at fling@thingfling.com with your suggestion for a solution. Hey King, okay I checked the surges and they all seem to be working fine. I do appreciate your helpful customer service and quick respose. Even though there was a mix up with shipping and it took so long. I am happy with the outcome and look forward to ording with you guys again.
keep the good deals coming, and get some Nintendo Wii's!!!!
