Hello All--
My AMB is sitting at home on my doorstep... I'm at work. Considering taking a long lunch Smile It came in at a slim and skinny 9 lbs. So I'm hoping it's the Case It packed with a small Honduras orphan. I don't believe I got shagged, as my coworker has ordered one and has one sitting at home (so close yet so far...) that also is logged as 9 lbs.

Can anyone help with the suspense?

Thanks!

The contents of my large box are almost identical to those listed here:

the case-it backpack
5 various game bags
the LED flashlight (cute!)
iPod nano 3rd gen case (perfect for MY iPod!)
iPod touch/Iphone case (perfect for my daughter's new iPod touch!)
musty phone "holster" (not sure I can use it)
two packages of report paper/covers

I may not have been shagged, but I'm happy with this purchase!

Will be back for more, for sure...

I got the same thing as everyone else. Wondering how many Case-It Game bags they think one person can use. For me ZERO! Kind of disappointing. The backpack is nice but it's very heavy.

Got the backpack, of course... also an assortment of Caseit Game cases, an ipod/mp3 holdery thing, the musty leather phone thing, the gel iphone holster, led flashlight and keychain, but wait, that's not all... I also got 2 pair of black baseball socks. LOL! I was very excited when I opened the box. This is only my second fling, and I'm loving them! I just might have to have more flings...

ETA: Oh yeah, I got 2 packs of report covers... might come in handy for the science fair thing my kid has to do...

Much the same as everyone else.

The backpack is very nice, and is going to one of my kids.
4 Game cases (digital camera size), and 1 larger game case. (will offer choice to kids)
The flashlight set (20 LED and keychain) (keychain light already on my keychain)
Ipod case (will look for good home)
Iphone case (ditto)
2 packs report covers (my wife teaches and can use these)
Musty smelling Velcro-fastened "genuine leather" phone case. (may toss it)

BTW check the dates on the AAA batteries included with the 20 LED flashlight; they are very short dated.

Thank you!

The backpack looks like it will do well for bike rides when I have to pick up things like bakery items and newspapers, which is why I ordered it. The chest strap makes it easier to use on bikes, and a lot of bags do not have them.

The extras were similar to iwilsker above. My wife is now using one of the game cases for her digital camera (we don't have any portable games-are socially out of it?).

Thanks, ThingFling!

I got the backpack which was really the reason I was buying it as my old one is falling apart.

I also got 5 game cases.
The flashlight.
2 packs of binder covers.
Smelly phone case (I had to smell it because of the posts on this thread).
Waterproof iPhone/iPod touch case.
Ipod case.

Funny thing is I was trying to find out what the different cases went to so I googled "case-it game" and was directed to this thread.

Yep - I got the exact same thing as everyone else - down to the black Nike logo knee high socks. Heh.

The backpack definately is very nice. Not sure if I'll have any uses for the game cases but I'll find something eventually. The Ipod case already has a home with the GF.

I'm happy, thanks TF!

I got what others here got:

A very nice laptop backpack
5 CaseIt game cases
One 30 GB Zune case
LED flashlight
Some kind of small case I think for a small cell phone
2 sets of presentation folders covers/paper
One moldy leather case for cell phone or PDA

What I find upsetting is that the moldy leather case has made everthing in the box smell musty and moldy. That was not cool of Thingfling--why include an obviously moisure damaged and moldy item when it hurts the the others? Not pleased...

I have the same complaint. Even though the moldy leather case was in a small zippy bag, all the contents absorbed the smell...even my backpack. The box also reeked of the smell and I had to get it out of the house quickly because the odor was so nauseating.

I've never had a complaint about anything I've gotten and am pleased with the contents of this AMB but feel this item should have been omitted as everybody has the same complaint about it. I'm hoping all the items will air out so the smell will go away.

My first Mystery box... I ordered it mostly for the backpack - I have MANY computer backpacks, but this is the first one that will hold two laptops. A definite plus is that it will actually hold my >15.4" laptops. My Targus backpacks, even though advertised that 15.4" screen size will fit, don't. So I am happy that this backpack is big enough for my larger laptops. Anyone have any idea why the front small zippered area has that oval-ish flap (with the decorative oval metal tabs)?

So what did I get? Pretty much what everyone else got:
Case it Backpack
4 Game cases (digital camera size)
1 larger game case
LED flashlight set
Leather (or Leatherette) Ipod case (earlier, smallish gen)
Silicone Iphone case
2 packs report covers
Leather phone case

Fortunately my Leather phone case didn't smell moldy/musty. Still, it's not really very useful - I think my phone from 2000 might have been this size. Thanks ThingFling!

My box was the same. Nearly the same fate as code_author for the items. I will use a few and gift a few. Leather thing to the trash.

I got the same thing as everybody else.

Haul:

1 Case-It backpack (lots of room and pockets, I'm definitely going to find a lot of uses for this one. I can't say I walked away from this one disappointed.)
5 Case-It cases (4 small, 1 large, I don't know what I'm going to do with these. I think I'm going to take a trip to Savers.)
Genuine Leather Musty Case (That went in the trash because of that smell and because my phone wouldn't fit in there.)
20 LED Flashlight
Leather iPod mini case
Waterproof iPhone case
Along with the stock and clear-case book report packaging

The backpack is decent. Roomy with a lot of space for items.

I think the cases might be for old game systems. I'm not sure which ones - GBA? GBC? These still look new.

Anyway, I got what I wanted and a little extra. Thanks, ThingFling!

Wink I received the same as everyone - pretty much. Except for these two scarf thingies? Not quite sure what they're for - it looks like a seatbelt could possibly go through it? If anyone could shed some light, please do!
