I just got my mystery item today and it was a 19 in 1 USB computer card reader. Not estatic about it but not terribly disapointed given the price and free shipping.

What brand is it? I bought a cheap brand 10 n 1 card reader back in 05 and it ended up corrupting 2 of my xD cards that i had shot 300 images on each during a vaca.

It is a flash card reader, allows your computer to access the files on those memory cards that digital cameras (amongst other things though) use to store photos. This way you don't need your camera and your camer as cable to do the same, and these card readers have the benefit of being able to read multiple types of cards, the most common being, SD, MMC, CompactFlash, MemoryStick, Xd, etc.

Fedex smartpost is one of those courier to USPS delivery type systems. So probably you are seeing where Fedex handed it off to USPS and it'll show up in your mailbox tomorrow, yeah.

Thank you for the info! I hope I receive on of those. I live in fear of losing USB cords to various stuff around here.

And now...thanks to your comments...I will sound ultra-intelligent when I explain it to my husband. Usually I point, shrug, and pray we don't catch anything on fire. Pray

Got mine today, it was the 19 in 1 card reader as well. Brand is GE.

Here's a link to a 24 in 1 card reader - the model number is the same (different revision probably) It looks like they made up a few more types of cards for it to read so they could inflate the number even more Razz
