Thingfling is nice, but not as nice as woot...some of the stuff they offer on here can easily be found cheaper, elsewhere. I don't have BLIND faith in them.

I've got links to images / descriptions of all the Mystery Boxes that I've gotten from ThingFling so far... they are actually links in my signature below. Shhh

Well, I'm definitely in for 1. It's a reasonable price (even with shipping), and I always enjoy getting surprised by TF! Dancing

my ? box can catch a ride with my 12 flashlights, so it doesnt get lost in the dark.

Check the "What did you get" section for the forum. It is FULL of posts exactly like what you are asking for here.

There is just no way to generalize about he contents of mystery boxes; they could contain anything. Clothing, computer parts, cables, ipod accessories, toys...anything you have seen advertised on this site and quite a few things that never were. Generally the contents are worth quite a bit more than I paid. There are, however, a few notable exceptions.

Tempting, but we may be moving within the next couple of months and need to minimize the extraneous items. So, I'll be in spectator mode for a while.

Unless something irresistible comes up.

Eh, in for one Dancing . I am a sucker for mystery boxes - but I have had good luck with them Bad Grin . The wife might not agree, but I always tell her I've spent $20 on worse things Rolling Eyes . Besides, she usually ends up taking a couple things from the box.

I have spent WAY too much money here!

The more of an item you buy the cheaper shipping is.

You can see this here:
http://helpdesk.thingfli...i-pay-for-shipping.aspx

Actually, it's the more of anything you buy, the cheaper your shipping charge is. The first order you place in a day has $6 flat rate shiping; the next order you place (for more of the same or something different) has a $4 shipping rate; and any remaining orders you place on the same day have free shipping.

The "day" is calculated by ThingFling time, so it starts and ends at (I think) midnight Eastern time. In other words, if your first order is a 2AM, you have about 22 hours to buy things and push your shipping cost down. But if your first order in a day is at 8PM, you only have 4 hours left to get cheaper (or free) shipping.
Favorite Flings:
Altec Lansing XT1 2-Piece Laptop Speakers - useful for small group presentations
Hand-Crafted Leather Cat Photo Albums (x3) - good gift items
Mystery Box - $31.99 - with the noise canceling headphones
Leather Wine Tote (x3) - great "gift wrap" for a bottle of wine
Core Learning Software 4-pack (x2) - for my church library

Hey, any advice for me, or anyone listening from TF? I tried to order one, but forgot to add my coupon code, so I stupidly hit the back button. Now it won't let me order, saying I have ordered the maximum of this item. I checked in MY FLINGS and it isn't in there.

HEEEELLLLLPPPPP!!!!

Thanks,
