I think that the first would fall under "a medical condition."

The second is incorrect, however it's aiming in the right direction.

you said it had nothing to do with the boys suffering a medical condition, but what about the teacher?? my guess is the teacher had cancer or something else wrong to make his hair fall out, and the boys shaved theirs in support..

Bingo! The teacher, upon coming in after a chemo treatment, initially thought that the boys were mocking him, hence the anger. But they were actually doing it in support of the teacher.

Last I knew there were some living ex-Pantera members. Dead Kennedys would make sense as they are all "dead" just from the name. I am hoping the answer is not Josie and the Pussycats.
