On Fri 12/8, TWO Monster surge protectors were offered for $40. Mine arrived with one lonely protector. I sent Thingfling an email, but have heard nothing. Has anyone else had this problem? A prompt response is appreciated.

As of today, Dec. 16th, I have yet to receive anything whatsoever from thingfling regarding this issue. No email, no surge protector, nothing. If I do not receive my surge protector this week, will be disputing this charge with Visa as not receiving what was advertised.

Same here. I got only one in the mail and it was open already, but the packing slip and website clearly said "NEW". I received an email stating that another surge protector would be on it's way, but I have yet to receive it either, or a response to my email about how the one I got was refurbished.

dhl . I will email you a tracking number this morning. They all left last week when we realized we messed up. It is 2 that you odered and 2 that you shall receive.

I would like a tracking number for mine as well. Also, as I mentioned above, my first one was not new. It was opened, moved around, and not even shut correctly. I have still not received a response to this issue, and I would like a response ASAP please.
