I just got mine. I had placed two orders for three sets of three. This should be a total of 18 LED strips. However, TF only sent 6 Total. Time for a ticket...Sad

Mine just arrived. They have no instructions. I can get them to flash, is there a way to keep the lights on without flashing?

Excellent, that means we don't need to ticket to get this fixed ? A+ for effort, I like not having to work hard to get things fixed. And it's nice that you guys own up to the mistake immediately and make the necessary corrections.

Also, like applezz asked, is there a way to get them to stay solid rather than flash ? And does anyone have some insights or innovative ways to use these ? I bought em because they were free, not because I had a planned use for them.....

Tried various combinations of pressing the "power" and ! buttons- no go. Then tried jumping out the solder connectors on the circuit board (There is one on the power button end and 3 on the ! button end under the translucent plastic thats under the 3M double sided tape. (obviously i have sacrificed this one for science lol-but it still flashes). it seems that these are just good, long lasting , weather resistant flashers, good for camping ,biking helmets, amateur astronomers for marking equipment in the dark... all stuff I do so....Thanks Fling folk! Good deal...fun toy...but if I find a way to hack the "guinea pig" strip to stay on I'll post and pm you

I ordered 1 set of 3, but I only received a single strip!!!

Has anyone else not received a set of 3?

Notified ThingFling of the problem and they shipped me the 2 missing strips. Life is good.

Thanks ThingFling

lol, sacrificed in the name of science. what a good cause !

sadly (or hilariously, whichever you prefer), since I'm pretty uncreative, I'll probably stick like 4 of these randomly around my desk and light them up at night when people come over. For the obnoxious effect. Very Happy But I'll have plenty left over, so I'll still be checking back for potential mods/uses.
