It seems this is the only way to get someone's attention.
Order # 4355 on 1/9/07 not received.
Credit card already charged.
Tried Emails and PM's with no response.
It seems you will only respond if problem is out in the public.
This really sucks!!!!!

Yeah but they do reply in forums . You should have a reply on this by noon tomorrow.

Sent email again yesterday through link provided and again no answer. This is getting tiresome. I want a refund!!!!
