The greatest feature of your Wii gaming console is the motion-activated realism, now you can take your favorite action packed games like tennis, golf, baseball to next level with these remote attachments... No cables to connect! The custom sword extension provides amazing game realism while you battle it out in zelda.

It's made of high-grade durable material, these accessories are built to last, no matter what kind of beating you give them. So stretch your muscles, hook up these bad boys and get ready to put on a show. Besides that, this is the best price you can find on line.

Dancing I'm in!

Hubby's b-day is coming up, he's mentioned wanting these. Although he seems to be tiring of Wii sports a little. He only gets 2 or three hours of practice in a day on it now. Neutral

My 12 -almost 13 y/o says they block the sensor bar....for heavy gamers might be aggravating. I was going to get him a set but after I showed this to him ,he advised me not to. If you have non heavy gamer......might be good for you.

$9.99! Dancing Applause Dancing

Would *not* hurt my feelings if they put it (or other Wii stuff!) up again, as I've just realized that we'll only have 1 tennis racket. d'oh!

Thanks!

@2kulandu--if I understand what this item was, although it would probably be true the attachments might block the sensor on the wiimote (not sure exactly since I haven't seen these), I don't really see this as a problem, since you'll be snapping the attachments on and off for specific purposes (playing tennis, etc ) and those purposes are using the motion sensing sensors of the mote mostly anyway. My point--you prolly wouldn't leave the tennis racket on when you're not playing tennis. Wink

PS, Aacks, TNT, Eafle-eye, nubi, et etc, I miss your alls info postings with the bigger pictures, extended info, and pricing posted!

Found a few reviews for this, but seems pretty mixed. Better price in stores, but not sure if I will try to get it or not.
We love the Fling!!

Son says that you have to remove it and replace it every time you need to select something on the screen. He also says that it basically is just for the "look' of the game playing and is basically useless if you dont need the "look" of a sword or tennis racket. This comes from a kid that had the Wii for the last two years, getting his when it was first released in Nov of 06(he says the 19th...he kinda remembers more than me lol!) and plays way too much! That is his opinion and seems that most of his friends are in the same train of thought. But if you dont mind removing it to select and you like the look of a sword or racket, then go for it. I dont want to keep anyone from buying , just trying to be helpful ...like I said I almost jumped on it but on a couple of conversations I decided not to.........Cool

Haha, well honestly I think it's just preference, I don't see these as for "just looks" at all, but rather for grip, added weight, balance, etc. I mean, the wiimote on its own doesn't feel much like a real bat when you swing it, you know? Now obviously these plastic things won't feel much like a real bat either, haha, but it is closerish. If you're into the sports games on the Wii, and want to perfect your "form" this stuff might be up your ally. I don't think I'll pick up this pack, not sure, I dunno, the TF price just seems a bit averageish factoring in the shipping for these packs when on sale. I mean, not so deep a discount I feel compelled to jump on it is all.

The one on IHTHT is a little different, and comes with minor differences in the attachments. The most noticeable difference is that the one on IHTHT does not come with a sword attachment. In all honesty, this one, on TF, is the first one I've seen with the sword attachment. Also, the length of the golf club(s), look to be adjustable on this one, which is another option I haven't seen on any other kits like these...I can't say that the one on IHTHT isn't adjustable, it just doesn't show it, so I'd assume it wasn't. I could be wrong though.

I don't usually trust the word of a 13 yr old in response to anything... even game related. But I am inclined to agree with the sensor sensitivity being masked by the extensions. I want to snag one but just don't know if I should.
