After my recent floggings in the 123 thread, I am afraid to post here Shock but I also will more than likely be on this if it comes across my screen. "Mysterys in the box". I am not going to say what I hope it is - oh, pooh on that, I am. GPS! GPS! GPS!

Hee hee hee, that made me giggle like a little schoolgirl. And if you could imagine a big burly lumberjack looking dude (others' description of me, not mine, I prefer to describe myself as "lumpy" ) giggling like a schoolgirl, you would find this just as humorous as me.

Now, if I get this box and (please don't happen! Pray ) end up posting something negative, please don't assume it was because I thought there was going to be a GPS in there. I can hope. I can hope that I lose weight and get back my college figure, I can certainly hope that this MB has something (standalone) cool in it!

praying y'all's likes yer MB...

Perhaps you would be so kind as to post a video on Youtube or one of the other 100 services of you " giggling like a schoolgirl", so that we can judge for ourselves if we would " find this just as humorous as me." Laughing Dancing Laughing Dancing

We look forward with trepidation to your video. Anxious Wink

Sure, I love mystery boxes. But this is just TOO much of a mystery. Tell me it's stand-alone stuff. I might by. Tell me is new stuff which hasn't been sold here before. I might buy. Tell me nothing? -- Nope, sorry... I've been burned too many times. (Not saying you falsely advertised, but I've had enough of repeat junk. It's time for some reassurances. And I strongly suspect others think so too. If I'm wrong, more power to you!)

hi, i am new.

I recently got a "bag of crap" from woot. it was pretty rocking. Now, I hope to find out if other sites will continue to impress me similarly. Today i ordered a bag of "awesome crap" from IHTHT and now I am ordering this mystery box. I hope to compare these all to see which is worth buying.
Stay tunes -- as the mystery unfolds...

quick question:

Do people pretty much get the same stuff as others in their mystery boxes?
Or does it vary?

Depends on the box really, sometimes Thingfling has different variations, sometimes not. They are usually pretty good about telling you up front though, like they may tell you that there are three variations on the box and if you buy three they'll make sure to send you all the different variations. In this case they have limited the order to one per customer, so I will wager the boxes are all the same.

Think im gonna pass on this one...

Got the 123.45 one.. It was cute.. but oddly enough I have a Sirius and its an XM dock.. But the Ipod dock was nice.. too bad i dont have an ipod, fortunately i can plug my Sansa e280 into it though Wink... Already had the Philips remote from another TF, which is nice. Esp since these ones are NIB...

Only slight dissapointment recently was the PS/3 dock AMB... I think the manufacturer has a QC issue.. The base isnt flat like its supposed to be, and tried fixing it by unscrewing it.... it still wont click into the bottom... even tried cleaning up by trimming the moulding errors and such.. the base plate doesnt fit inside the groove....But i did get a few useful gaming items out of the deal....

Feels a little Mystery and Almost Mystery burnout...
Probably be back in the saddle in a few weeks..
