Ordered 3 as well. Stacked all of my VERY Infamous Mystery box coupons to get them for $0.66 each. Still had to use a credit card from there though, no one would accept a dozen cell phone lites as payment. Bad Grin

Wow, you did far better than me.

I used my "stacked" coupons for the MB3, so only had the $5 for a review coupon.

Is that a one-time deal? I mean, every box I get from FLING has the "please review us" ad in it so wondered if I can do a review every time?

Anyone know?

It would help with the shipping.

Right now, I hesitate to order the less expensive items because the postage adds so much to the per unit cost.

Yes, you can do more reviews and TF will give you another coupon. I have done probably 3 now and so far I'm still getting the coupon. I probably just jinxed myself now. When you give another review, you can't create a new one for the same retailer so you just edit the previous one and add in new comments. TF honors this. Remember that the $5 off coupon is for items $10 or more.

Unfortunately, I believe it is a one time only deal.

i jumped on this one 2x3 pieces. 2 orders is the max it would let me. my kids bathroom is pretty dark at night with the lights off and they tend to leave the light on if they turn it on at night. this might help brighten things up, and since they last almost forever when they are off... this might be a lifetime supply!

and who knows? maybe like some of you, i might receive some other goodies in my order! one can only hope!

i am trying to order these now (05//09/2 0 0 8 - apparently zero eight gets translated to a smiley), around 5PM ET, through Google, and I keep getting "Order Cancelled - invalid coupon" even though I didn't use one.

Ugh!

Embarassed

This is my first order with TF and I got my order canceled due to invalid coupon also even though I didn't use a coupon. Is this standard practice? Do they pull these shenanigans if they run out of product?

Thank you so much for bringing these back.....I miss out on so many of the really good things. Being blessed with living on the farm with the animals means going to be early and getting up and getting to the barn so I don't even get to check on the site until I'm done there....the cows come first before shopping....how unfair is that. Anywho, thanks for bringing this one back!!

This may sound like a silly question but ... I'm wondering if it actually plugs into two sockets or is like one of those things that turns one socket into multiple while it just happens to cover two outlets while doing it?

Unfortunately they have one plug in the back and they cover both plugs on the outlet...I just got mine in the mail a day or two ago. It's a single two prong plug in the back...it has a LED type light that's on always and you can flip the switch to get the 20 watt light. Regardless, I think it's still pretty nifty. Applause Also, side note...the last orders I got from TF...they combined my orders (not MB's...just "regular" stuff) and stuffed the box with shredded newspaper!!! Thank you TF for not using those silly peanuts!!! I'm totally into recycling. Very Happy

All,

Want to relay some notes about a positive experience w/ TF.

I tried to order these lights via google checkout. it kept giving me an invalid coupon error even though i didn't use one. i put in a ticket (after the sale was over), and TF responded with an apology about the problem, and offered to send the lights. i accepted.

then, i waited for about 2 weeks; i saw that (according to google) my CC was charged. but no lights. no status.

so i sent in a ticket inquiring about it. they said it was a google checkout snafu again, and said they'd send the lights out that day.

they did. fedex. got them the next day.

just wanted to relay this positive experience. yes, i had some problems, and yes, TF made everything right.

I ordered these one of the last times they were up. One of the 6 I got didn't work, but shipping back to TF would have cost more than the light did, so into the trash it went. One prong thingie on the back, but it covers both outlets. I have one in the hallway, where it is perfect as a nightlight for the kiddos. One in DD's room, keeps the boogie man away. One in the kitchen, wtih my programmable coffee pot plugged in. Which is not a great idea - it comes out of the original socket very easily, so if I tug at the coffee pot cord even a little, it comes unplugged, and I have to reset the coffeemaker. Oh well. The other outlets in my kitchen have light switches with them, or need the 3 prongs (micro), so this is where it'll stay, and I'll have to be more careful!

But I do love them, they give off a perfect amount of light for a nightlight, and are fairly energy efficient as well! Great deal!

And wondering, I checked on the tracking, and it said it was being shipped by ups, but the tracking number looks like USPS, which one is it being shipped?

While I liked these, I only got 2 of the ones I ordered in June - they said they were out. So it is kind of annoying to think that if I want more I need to pay shipping again.

Also - one of these is on my kitchen wall and the toaster oven is connected to it. The plug is intermittent - I need to move the oven to get it to work.

Pass.

I got these yesterday and very satified with them. Got 1 in each bathroom and 1 in the kitchen. It's alot brighter than a nightlight, which I do like for in the bathroom.
