I purchased these 2 units from ThingFling about 2 weeks ago. One of them did not work at all. I requested authorization to return the unit and ask for a refund. They denied my request and ask me to send it back for replacement. The units are offered as BULK but mine actually look like returns or refurbished. I hope TF sends me a working exact replacement and not a Hilo unit with half the capacity as they sent to another buyer. I am not very happy, this could be my last purchase from this company. The technical support at SIREN was not of much help. They offered to send me a new firmware but after 4 emails it was never received. Yes, they are cheap, but you are getting what you pay for. BEWARE.
