Seeing as how interest seems to be waning with many of the games recently let's give this one a try.
Here are the rules (at least the way we used to play them)
1. The first person writes a sentence
2. The next person writes a sentence related to and continuing the thought of the last sentence.
3. Don't take things personally. For example, your sentence introduces a new character....who is immediately killed in the next sentence. As long as the next sentence makes sense let it be. Remember, anything can be undone.
4. Be courteous, you never know what a sentence may mean to who wrote it. Don't trash it for spite.
5. If someone does something blatantly malicious their sentence can be ignored. If two people get caught in a constant battle ("this happened" "no it didn't" "yes it did" "no way" yup" "no" "I hate you" etc.) their whole nonsense can be ignored.

Soooooo.............let's get started.
The first sentence is:

As Jimmy walked down the street he was blissfully unaware of the danger looming just ahead.
Rock Rock On!

When he was crossing an intersection, only then did he realize that there was a speeding maniac bearing down on him quickly.

As Jimmy walked down the street he was blissfully unaware of the danger looming just ahead.

It was a fine spring day and he was enjoying his walk home from his job at the local car dealership.

He turned his head to the sound of squealing tires and screeching brakes.

Jimmy's final thoughts (before he lost consciousness) returned him to high school Spanish class where he learned that flauta is the Spanish word for flute.
Fling0: AMB XXVIII ($39.00)
Fling1: Monster Cable Digital Battery Charger w 4AA 1850mAh batteries ($9.00 after 10% off coupon)
Fling2: 2 Siren 4Gb MP3 Players ($39.99)
Fling3: 2x Monster High Capacity Pro Charger ($3.33 each)
Fling4: 12 Super-Bright 9 LED Flashlights ($13.98 )
Fling5: 12 Super-Bright 9 LED Flashlights - LAST TIME SALE ($13.98 )
Fling6: AMB XL (Power Squid) ($12.59)

It's not particularly silly, is it? I mean, the right leg isn't silly at all and the left leg merely does a forward aerial half turn every alternate step.

This seemed particularly coincidental as it seemed a chorus of 1,000 flautas greeted him as he ascended towards a brilliant white light.

Jimmy then realized he must have hit his head and thought to himself, "I must be hallucinating; there's no way enough of those cell phone lights are functional enough to make a light that bright, was that a deathflauta stand?"

Brea shouts, OMG, and smacks Jimmy in the head as she rushes for her credit card to buy the AMB she notices on the site.

Studenly Brea's face slackens and her eyes roll back and Jimmy recognizes the tell-tale signs of Flinger's Fugue.. looking down he sees "SUCCESS"--three yodas flung.

"What is she going to do with THREE Yodas?", Jimmy thinks to himself, wondering why he even showed her that link.

Amazingly Brea can also read minds. Very Happy
"Why Jimmy, I'm going to sell them on Ebay and make a fortune. Don't you know how valuable those Yodas are? The last one went for $7,798.00!!!!!! You should call Flavia over to see this great DOD site. I'm absolutely positive she'll get in for at least one.... I'm going to be rich, I'm going to be rich...." Brea joyfully states.
