are we suppose to receive some sort of notification once something is ordered and shipped or is it a just a mystery??

Yeah, I've ordered 3 things from here all paid through Paypal. And the only confirmation I've recieved on the orders is a Paypal notification of Payment. I have recieved no items other than the freebie earbuds I got, and I'm actually starting to get a little concerned since the first order was over 2 weeks ago. I just fired off an E-mail to "Fling" and hopefully, I'll hear something soon, or I will have to contact Paypal and request a refund.

I will send all of your tracking numbers asap tomorrow morning. Our automated notification system should be fixed any day now......or so they tell me.
