 Just wondering why their doing the "WOOT" problems of getting these shipped out. This is the longest I've waited, and they're still showing as processing after a week? Wonder how long my order from this weekend will take to show shipping info. Someone need help in the shipping department? I'm available, but you must pay relocation fees...

Yes, they are taking a long time to ship. But they charged our credit cards right away. I thought it is illegal to charge cards before the shipment is ready to go.

This is the longest processing item I have ever bought from here, so I guess a quirk, but hey, you never know. Oh yeah, they charged right away, but just in the WOOT hurry to get things out. Not very happy with them at this point...

I place my order on 4/22/08 and it just went to "processing" a few days ago. Very disappointed in the way they handle their shipping. The previous order I place was not shipped until after I sent an e-mail and that was only a week or so after the order was placed. This is not a good sign and not the way to build a good reputation. Oh well, it was a great deal though, so we'll just have sit quietly and wait (and wait and wait!!). I may start paying interest on the credit card before I even have the goods!!

mine's being shipped today! I just got my email.. I went to the tracking # but it only says "electronic shipper info received".. which normally means it'll go out today whenever USPS gets over there to pick them up. Cool!!

Received today not new not refurbished but used and badly scratch players in bags not in brown box. and it only took 15 days. My first and last fling

My first and last fling Being a refurb, it would come sealed in a clear bag. At least that is how other refurb mp3 players that I have bought from here came. I didn't get these since I have enough other ones to last me for a while. I think when the company "refurbished" them they mainly just checked to see if they would turn on and play then sealed them up in a bag and shipped them to TF. Some of the others that I received had lots of music on them already. If there is an issue with them not working properly, fill out a helpdesk ticket and TF will take care of you. Hmmm, I took "Condition: Bulk" to mean new, but in OEM bulk packaging. Not refurbed or used.  I don't remember seeing the word refurb anywhere. Guess I'll see what they look like when they get here. Mine shipped via plain old mail, not fancy FedEx or UPS, so that doesn't explain the delay. 19 Flings Flung

Before posting, I went back to the first page, but nobody had posted the pic and other info (brand, model, condition, upc) so I figured that this one was a refurb, like all of the other mp3 player they have sold. All of my flings have come via USPS (including this one), so I don't accept the "carrier switch" excuse for it taking 15 days to move from "New" to "Shipped".
