I got this message when checking out
Order Status: Failure
Error Description: Code: 10417 - Description: The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.

I have had that error before. Be sure billing/shipping address is correct. Be sure paypal confirmed address is correct. Um, be sure you stand up and turn around 3 times before hitting the submit button! Mainly bill to and ship to have to match.
