Hey guys , I ordered the philips sbc HS900 headphones not to long ago and they worked fine for the first 2 weeks. last night i was playin a computer game with them and i kid you not they actually fell off my head onto my keyboard!! The problem is that 3 out the 4 "arms" that hold the speakers into the headband totally broke!! While they were on my head!! WTF?? I only paid 12 bucks for them, thanks to your killer deals ,but what good are they to me now? I was reading deep into your forums and read that you will take stuff back....is this true? cuz i'm really bummed out that i wasted my cash on crap and you sold me them. This makes me really leary of the quality of merchandise your dealing with, and will limit future purchases/recomendations.
