i'm waiting on two past orders and wondering when they are going to ship....will i be updated when shipment is made or am i suppose to guess when the package is coming?????

They also said that they have been working on getting items shipped out instead of updating the status under "my account". Personally I think that is a good thing since I would rather my item show up sooner than just to know the status. I have always received all my items within 2 weeks of ordering them. I live in KS and it usually takes DHL 2 days longer to get here than to other places closer to NJ. Does your kids' school have a Circle of Friends? I am also waiting on pevious orders (4 to be exact). The oldest one is from the 13th, the rest are from Wacky Wednesday. I am betting that I will have them all some time this week. If an order is shipped, the status should automatically be updated. Unless of course, they are using some sort of inferior warehouse software. I'd actually guess they don't have ANY order management software, as from reading these boards they seem very unorganized and inefficient. Still waiting for my sign up gift!

They are faster than other sites I have ordered from and it's hard to beat their prices on most items. I have gotten lots of great deals here. They are still a fairly new company - they opened up in October. They are learning as they go. As they grow they have been making improvements and I am guessing that updating their software is something they will be doing soon. Does your kids' school have a Circle of Friends?
