Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone knew how to contact support because the email address that they gave "fling at thingfling.com" isn't even a valid email address. Thanks so much

For all ThingFlingers:

We would like to apologize on our absence regarding e-mail response. We are overloaded with emails and requests on our forums.

We assure you we’ll get back to you ASAP. We would only like to ask you not to send the same e-mail twice or more, because it’ll only delay us more.

As always, thank you!

You have to do it like all other email addresses and use the @ symbol (fling@thingfling.com). I think they said they wrote it out like that to cut down on the spam and only get actual customer emails.

Also, if you are trying to contact them for something other than wrong item received, cancel an order, or something like that, you might want to post it on here - you will get a response much quicker.

just read the title of your post and yeah it looks like you need to email them. Also, if you post more info here, like order numbers one of the other TF crew members (like Shaggy or Queen) might be able to help you out sooner.
