Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone knew how to contact support because the email address that they gave "fling at thingfling.com" isn't even a valid email address. Thanks so much

As always, thank you! You have to do it like all other email addresses and use the @ symbol (fling@thingfling.com). I think they said they wrote it out like that to cut down on the spam and only get actual customer emails. Does your kids' school have a Circle of Friends? Also, if you are trying to contact them for something other than wrong item received, cancel an order, or something like that, you might want to post it on here - you will get a response much quicker.
