I ordered some flashlights (a large LED and 3 small LEDs if I remember correctly) almost two weeks ago and no word yet as to their status. I also emailed you yesterday but no response. Here is the order info:

Cool, I'll probably get mine soon too I guess. By the way, in my original post I think I came off a little too strong. I realize you guys are just starting out, and you're doing a pretty good job. Also I didn't want to sound like I was complaining about the free gift. I can't stand people who complain about free stuff.

Yeah I got mine too, and I am thouroughly satisfied. Well worth the wait and the $20.
I would suggest that more attention be payed to alerting us about shipping. It just gives peace of mind. Also, the packing (shredded newspaper) was a little messy, although obviously more eco-friendly than styrofoam peanuts. I got sawdust all over my dining room table, but next time I'll just open it outside.

shredded newspaper is better than what they used to use as a filler (nothing) especially considering how DHL handles the packages. Does your kids' school have a Circle of Friends?
