Hi King/Queen Fling,
I have ordered the : Philips Turbo Bass Plus Headphones and Monster Ultra High Capacity Rapid Charger and have been charged on my credit card, but have not received any email confirmation from you. I have checked spam and inbox and nothing!

Please let me know the tracking information for these items and approximately when they will be shipped. Thanks.

King-I was going to suggest the same thing, but tracking information isn't always appearing in that section. I have received two of my orders and they still show printed in 'my account' with no dhl information.Confused

I agree.. I haven't received tracking information for any of my orders so far. Just a printed status than a couple of days later it appears at my door. Smile I wouldn't mind tracking info added to the "my account" page.. everyone loves tracking info. Smile

Right now I am having a different problem. I have a tracking number, but DHL says they have not gotten the shipment yet. The ship date was the 15th and DHL said that all other shipping labels have been sent except for two, mine and one other box.

The tracking number just showed up on My Account today, so I am going to wait to see if it leaves the dock today. It was the order for the dynamo flashlights btw.

Hi King, My Account Page does now show the status of Tracking. I think you need to improve your services, this way it will reduce your's & buyers workload then to everytime ask for the orders & status. It does'nt matter if you sell things for less price(as we are not forcing you to do that) or whatsoever but it becomes your responsiblity to keep the buyers happy. I hope you get my point.
