The free gifts are a few days late because of that but we are working on it and every single NEW register WILL receive your FREE gift also we had a few ones coming back because of address. I just registered, but how do you know where to send the free gift when the registration didn't ask for any address? All it asked was for a user name and password. Please advise.

please go into your account and enter your address. It is optional since some people are hesitant to give out their info.

i registered on november 25th and still have not recieved my free gift. i have placed an order and recieved that.

We are aware of that situation and we just gave priority to the orders as opposed to the gifts as they are sent separately. Very soon every single one of this issues will be solved and hopefully not repeated !
Rest assured that every single one will get its free gift.
