@freude - Where did you get 'no cable'. I believe there's an AC adapter but no international adapters and no remote. But there should be the AC cable and a short audio cable included. I've gotten other refurb from Altec Lansing anf ThingFling - no problems at all.

So you'd be able to PLAY the zune through these (or any other MP3 player), but wouldn't be able to charge from it...unless there's an iPod to Zune dock adapter out there I don't know about yet!

What no cable means:
There should be an AC adapter so the speakers work w/out batteries. There is no dock cable included (they expect you to use the one that comes w/ the iPod). So if you use your cable the iPod will charge and sync and if you don't it will just play tunes forever. If you have a Zune there is an audio cable that will work for mp3 players. A cell phone would likely need a $3 adapter.
