The auto scan radio automatically looks onto your favorite radio station while the stereo mini plug connects to any portable audio system or even your laptop computer! Additionally, the ergonomic high efficiency earphones ensure maximum comfort and high quality reproduction. One retails for $4.44 plus shipping on Amazon.sales.Thing Flings price: $3.99 for 10 plus shipping .That is less than $.99 each. Just think, if you buy 2 sets that comes out to about $.70 each.

Well I flung 4 sets, so 40 of these. That ends up being .65 a piece. What a deal, wanted to order more but it wont let me, if it would the incramental cost of those units would be .40, oh well These are going to be great for our adopt a families this year. We cant give them stuff like MP3 players because most or all dont have computers, but this is a stand alone device (as far as I can tell) that they can use to listen to music (on the radio) The kids will love them. I'm addicted

That's exactly why I'm looking at these, ah8174. They would be great for Christmas gifts for people living in an ALF or gifts for Metropolitan Ministries. I participate with co-workers and friends each year in gathering gifts. Perfect!

Bummer on the poor reviews. I was actually wondering why anyone would want these, but gifts for areas with limited resources is brilliant. Just remember that these use CR2032 batteries, and once they're dead, they might have trouble getting any more, so you might want to include some extras.

I'm in for 2 sets of 10. I love giving "gadget" gifts away to friends and even strangers. These, like my numerous cell phone lights will be great for that.

That's what I plan to do. It won't hurt to include an extra battery with each one, anyway.
