Xenon puck lights, Awsome! Options

I installed 2 of the lights and they are incredible. Wired them direct with a dimmer. (At least the firemen will have light if I did it wrong). Thingfling shorted me one pack, but they will right it. Will be looking for these to come up again...I will be putting these in each of my three rental houses.
Great product, Great price, I give them 3 thumbs up. Very Happy

I'm missing a set as well. I ordered two, got charged for two, but only received one. I've had a ThingFling HeplDesk ticket (2C2-0D866539-097C) since a week ago, but have not yet received a response...

i've been waiting for these to be offered again. I have my computer desk with me so i can make sure it fits... Good to here that they are good lights and are given 'three thumbs up'.. lol.

I too did not receive the 2-pack of Xenon lights that was advertised in the package. As well I submitted a ticket [1C5-0D887713-FD20] on the 12th and haven't heard a peep. But I receieved the 3 pack and love them, very nice lights just wish I had 2 more Sad

Ditto the shortage concerns. I only rec'd half my order. I put in a "ticket" yesterday...any idea how long it takes to generally get these issues resolved?

I turned in a ticket on 3-12-07 and have yet to get anything but an automated response.

Hot dog! I just rec'd email explaining that due to miscommunication, the orders were shipped as singles instead of multiples. That was some pretty fast service. Thanks Fling!

I ordered some lights too but they ran out and refunded my money, I was stoked to put them under my counters.

I too was missing the 2 pack, I posted the below information to the forums and helpdesk, anyone else hear anything different? Any information would be greatly appreaciated as thingfling seems to refuse to get back to us. Thanks in advance!

I have posted 2 tickets now with no resolution for this order:

I have still not received my items, and am getting no response to my second open ticket number : [360-0D95B6E5-D041].

What gives? I just want the items I paid for.
A response would be nice!
Hopefully I can get some answers here since the Helpdesk ticket entry has gotten me nowhere.

I got these the last time they were offered and they are awesome! I'd love it if they offered more or maybe put a pack or two in my Almost a Mystery Box I just orderd the other day....

Missing 4 packages of lights from my order as well...

Opened ticket [33A-0DDE3114-E90D], no response yet other than the automated "we will get back to you" message.

This customer service is horrible.
