No headphones, no 12 (or 14) mystery items.
Quite the mystery box.
I just wanted to follow-up that Thing Fling shipped out a correct AMB which I received yesterday. I am very happy with it (16 items, 4 Altec Lansing headphones including the Noise cancelling) and I appreciate their efforts to correct the problem so quickly.

Got mine today, mostly what others have received...
1. Altec Lansing Noise Canceling Headphones 2. Altec Lansing inMotion Headphones 3. Altec Lansing Earbuds 4. Maxell DVD Repair Kit 5. Maxell Airline Adapter 6. Shake Light 7. Binoculars 8. FM Scan Radio 9. Memorex Databank 10. Panoramic Camera 11. Game Player 12. LED Flashlight Set 13. PowerBeam 2 Flashlight 14. Burgundy Case 15. Emergency Light 16. Stainless Steel Scissors Set
FWIW, I have received some of the wrapped items in the past. They are mostly plastic junk. I wouldn't give them to anyone you care about, but they are perfect for office give-a-ways and consolation prizes.
All in all another great AMB.

Got my Altec Lansing AMB just yesterday via UPS. Got the same as most others: 1) Altec Lansing Noise Cancelling Headphones (AMB Guarantee) 2) Altec Lansing inMotion Headphones for iPod & iPod Mini 3) Altec Lansing Personal Audio Earphones 4) Maxell DVD Repair Kit 5) Maxell Airline Adapter 6) Fake Shake Light 7) Samsonite Blue Bag 8 ) Samsonite Burgandy Bag 9) Vivitar Camera 10) Vivitar Mini Binoculars 11) 3 pack Flashlights 12) Emergency Flashlight 13) FM scanner radio player 14) Nature Sounds player 15) 3 pack Singer scissors 16) Handheld Game thing Altec Lansing Noise Cancelling Headphones are cool. They sound good, but when you turn on the noise cancelling, the music sounds a bit different. And the cupping of the headphones around my ears are a bit of an irritant for me b/c it creates this pressure in my ear. Also, when I was testing it out, I was playing music really loud and my brother could hear what I was listening to, which is not so good, but then that just means I shouldn't turn up the volume too high. The wrapped surprises I didn't really care for, neither did I want, but I can pass it off somehow. Overall, a very fun and interesting AMB. Thanks ThingFling! - Opening the Box- 6 Items plus 10 wrapped surprises- All the AMB items laid out- Noise Cancelling Headphones (with soft cool carry bag, plus accessories like an extension cord, airline adapter, and another adapter to fit larger inputs) 25 flings and counting! THING FLING...THEY'RE GGGGREAT!

Headphones alone worth the price of the box. One seller for $40 on froogle, rest is averaging $80.
What were you expecting, a box of money?
one could only hope No, but I just never got a mystery box before and they said Merchandise between $125-150. I was a little disappointed, that's all.
