HALF of the LOWEST price found on web!!!

Whether your iPod is in your car, in your pocket, or across the room, keep it under control with your fingertips with Maxell Portable Remote Control. Secure it to your steering wheel with the included strap so you cab drive without disturbance. Wear it around your arm or neck (with the included band and lanyand) so you could keep your iPod safe in your pocket, purse or backpack. Or use it at home to control it from across the room or dorm. And guess what. It attaches by using a pass through 30-PIN connector which allow you to use your headphone jack for what they were designed to do - connect to your headphones or stereo. You can then use an additional 30-pin device such as a charging dock, sync cable, FM transmitter, with your iPod, etc.

Retail between $30.99 - $39.00 plus shipping. THING FLING price is $3.95.

I wasn't able to use my coupon either. Placed the order anyway, but would love it if I could get credited for the $3.

*** DANGER ****

I'm having a problem with the product I ordered from FlingThing.
They refer me to the MFR website.
All the links are broken and all their phone numbers are disconnected.

FlingThing tells me "Unfortunately, we were unable to reach the person
from the manufacturer company as he no longer works there,
and this item was part of a closeout deal."

So, basically, I'm humped!

Don't buy anything from these guys. They sell closeout crap that breaks
and there's no one to fix or perform warantee work on it.

Your statements do not seem to be correct or at least complete.

Number one, you are having a problem with a product and not with ThingFling. We have up until now complied to all our polices and even though you have agreed to the policies of the site which clearly state how we conduct our business, you believe your statements are correct.

You also did not mention the conditions of your complaint.
Item received on 08/21/2007 and the very first email to our help desk was on 12/18/2007.

So let's see, you waited more than 3 months to complain about an item and when the company decides to open an exception and help you by looking for the information that you have asked for even though your order does not fit within our policies this is how you respond? Shame on you

ThingFling has walked through some rough territory to prove to we are a legit and honest company.

Since I have to be here to explain the story that you have told our community using only the side that you feel is correct I would also like to ask you to avoid Spam on our forums. We are very liberal about that, but this is very bad practice.

Now that we all understand what actually happened we can all have an educated opinion about it.

So...Is it $9.95 like it says at the top of the page? Or $14.95 like it says in the description? Why has ThingFling gotten its prices mixed up lately???

Just snagged a couple of these. I have been waiting all night to see when they would pop up on here. As soon as I saw in the future upcoming flings that these would be available and read about these items going away in the email that TF sent, I knew I had to get a couple.
Can't beat the price.

Thank you TF for another great sale! Applause

I'm new to Thing Fling and not sure how to use the Forum, so please excuse my goofs, but is this compatable with IPod Classic?

Your posting is fine. Also, this is compatible with all iPods with dock connectors, so yes, the Classic (6G) should work with it. I also have a classic, and was about to buy the remote this time when time ran out! I couldn't type my card info in fast enough! Brick wall

THESE ARE GREAT!

I got 3 of them for my kids & they work awesome! You have to buy a button cell battery for it which cost $1 each at W.M.

I am really pleased with these!
