I got two. It is more expensive than I had hoped, so I am trusting the King that it will be of good quality.

Trying to see items at the back of the BBQ is sometimes hard. A friend had clipped an car repair light to his BBQ hood. I think this is a better idea.

It seems they have only sold 7 in 2 hours. I hope I didn't make a mistake with this.

Light attracts bugs at night, then they smell your meat and go poop on it. Think .... Mosquito net included?

This item just shipped. 7.5 lbs for one! I ordered two and they are coming in two packages at 7.5 lbs each. Seems kinda heavy, so hoping that means that they are good quality.

I'm also wondering if this light and the metal part of the front gets hot? I want to use it near the bed, but worried about it burning the kids if they happen to grab the part that looks like a handle.

Anyone have any idea how "weatherproof" these things are?

Thank you for the answer and for the link. I found an answer to my other question through the link. The demensions of the lamp are said to be 3.8 x 3.8 x 37 inches. Sucks that the light gets hot, but I guess most lamps do. I'm sure I could figure out a way around that so I could ajust it if needed after it's been on for a bit, maybe a clamp of rig some kind of handle on the neck of the lamp.

Glad I could help. It's a halogen lamp so it's likely that it'll get hot!

Aww I want one of these bad but I've been told no more spending for a little bit. We have to get a car soon or we'll starve. Nothing close by other than a DG, and you can only eat from the dollor store for so long before becoming so big that you can't get out of the house to get back to the dollor store. LOL Maybe I'll luck out and one will end up in a futre MB, if these don't make it back up after I've been given the go ahead again. Let's see how long it takes for withdrawl to set in. Anxious

I bought one and it's really a good deal. It's well made and very bright, it has a long cord which was great, it's water proof, an excellent value. Yes, it does get hot but so does the grille Very Happy
